Dear CAPST members, I'm sure everyone has heard about the earthquake in Sichuan China by now, and those of you with personal connections in the area have probably not yet been able to get in touch with people in the area, but I sincerely hope that your families, friends, relatives, and connections are safe! God bless Sichuan!

In the meanwhile, CAPST would like to call for a donation to help the people and families suffering in the disaster. We believe your care and attention would be of the greatest value to the them. For those who are willing to make donations, please make the check payable to CAPST and send it to Gary Chen, 5925 Sovereign Dr, Suite 5, Houston, TX 77036. And also please send an email to doshawbo@hotmail.com telling your name and the amount of money you are giving. And CAPST will make an official donation to Chinese Red Cross via PRC Consulate General in Houston and follow up you with a tax-deductible receipt.
